Moi

Hi! My name is Kari L. Jordan. I am pursuing a PhD in Engineering Education at The Ohio State University. I also have B.S. and M.S. degrees in Mechanical Engineering from Michigan Technological University. I have been blogging for quite some time now, but I haven't really been able to figure out what I should be blogging about and why. I started off blogging about random things that happened throughout my day. Then I tried starting a series of workshops under the slogan "3S Mentality". After that I tried blogging about things I love (pashminas, music, and chocolate). None of this truly gave me a chance to express my true passion, and that is Jesus Christ. This morning as I was doing my devotion God gave me a vision. It was to blog about what I believe and why I believe it. I think that's a great idea! I mean there is so much turmoil and confusion in the world. So many false doctrines. Shouldn't Christians spread the truth? So, that's what I'm going to do. When I do my daily devotions in the morning I will try my best to post the information I learned and I pray it blesses you. You are the only God some people see, so it is important to shine your light and represent Christ the best way that you can. After all, the bible warns us that there will be false prophets, so it's up to us to be the salt and light on the earth that God has called us to be! Follow @elle_kari for more information about me. Enjoy the blog and spread the word.

Beloved, believe not every spirit, but try the spirits whether they are of God: because many false prophets are gone out into the world. ~ I John 4:1

And many false prophets shall rise, and shall deceive many. ~ Matthew 24:11

Beware of false prophets, which come to you in sheep's clothing, but inwardly they are ravening wolves. ~ Matthew 7:15
